Z Automotive products may be returned for a refund if within 30 days of original purchase. An RMA number must be requested by contacting support, prior to shipping the product back. The product may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, if used. Shipping charges are not refunded. For warranty repairs or exchange (domestic), a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you and you will not incur any shipping costs.
Z Automotive products carry a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. An optional extended warranty is offered for purchase at check out, at the time of original purchase, or up to a month after the sale regardless if bought directly on this website or through an authorized retailer.
