If you're not satisfied, neither are we.
If you need to return an item, simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll begin the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the product(s), excluding original shipping costs. Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Exceptions:
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
Electronics Policy:
Electronic items cannot be returned once they have been installed or used, unless they are found to be faulty or defective.
Please note: For items damaged during shipping, you must note the damage at the time of delivery when signing for the package in order to qualify for reimbursement.

Let us know why you’re returning the item so we can better understand and improve our service. - Prepare the Item
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and paperwork. Please include the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box/envelope. This number will be assigned once you once you report the return to us. - Return & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt.
