GM vehicles offer a manual Engine Stop Start Disable (ESS) pushbutton, but every time you restart your vehicle you have to press the button if you would like to disable the ESS. If you dislike ESS and are in and out of the car several times a day, have trouble remembering to press the silly button, or simply hate the idea of this feature, this product may be for you.
Whether you like ESS or not (and many of us really dislike it), SmartStopStart puts you fully in control of this feature. It will allow your vehicle to automatically recall whether ESS was on or off the last time you drove and place it back into the same state the next time you start your car.

Nice Overall
I got this for my wife's car, she just hated the "Auto Stop" she turned it off every time she started her car. Now she don't have to even think about it any longer, she is happy.
It was very easy to install, once I figured out the OEM plug on the car. -

Bought this for our 2020 terrain Denali, very easy to install and it works great !!!

Stop start elimator
So far so good had a couple of times the remote start wouldn’t work. But it’s great not having that annoying stop start. Only time will tell.

Surprisingly easy and it actually works well! Just read the directions thoroughly. No more stop start....now my battery and starter won't get beat up as much

Works perfectly and easy to install
This device works perfectly. I was very pleased with how simple it was to install and the instructions were so easy a 5 year old could have installed it. It also came with a wrench and a needed nut. I was very frustrated that GMC didn't put an on/off switch for the Auto-Stop but this little device takes care of it. I am VERY happy with my purchase, worth every penny. Thank you.
