Crucial Installation Note:
Prior to disconnecting the harness under the shifter, the vehicle must be turned off for at least 3 minutes to allow network communication to stop. Any interaction with the vehicle (such as opening a door) will wake the computers, requiring an additional 3-minute wait. Also, please ensure both ends of the harness are fully connected and the red secondary locks are engaged before starting the vehicle to test the device.
