GM vehicles offer a manual Engine Stop Start Disable (ESS) pushbutton, but every time you restart your vehicle you have to press the button if you would like to disable the ESS. If you dislike ESS and are in and out of the car several times a day, have trouble remembering to press the silly button, or simply hate the idea of this feature, this product may be for you.

To avoid any possible questions ever arising from lack of knowledge of this product by the servicing dealer, it is recommended to remove the module prior to bringing the vehicle in for any service.

Gen Start Stop Eliminator
OMG....I am so excited! Put the eliminator on and expected to see engine warning signals going off, none yet. I keep expecting my car to die every time I stopped, so far so good!! It works and I'm super excited, and the fact it only took five minutes to put it on!!

Auto start/stop
I give a 3 for starter, I’m just 3 days into product. So good so far, my body goes into anticipation waiting for that start/stop to kick. The module is doing its job. Hands up and it was very easy to install. Lol, in a months time, pretty sure it’ll be a 5 for me.

Start stop module
I'm not saying it's a bad product. It did eliminate the start stop feature. However it initiated a battery light and a check engine light. After I removed the module everything went back to normal. It may have been a defective module possibly. I'd probably try it again just because of that possibility.
