Limited Warranty CORSA Performance® Exhaust Products \nTMG Performance Products, LLC (CORSA Performance®) believes in maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. \nTMG Performance Products, LLC (CORSA Performance®) warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for \nwarranty determinations that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship while purchaser owns the vehicle \nupon which such product(s) were originally installed. CORSA Performance’s® obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the \nrepair or replace of parts that are determined by CORSA Performance® to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase \nprice, at CORSA Performance’s ® option, of the alleged defective product. We pledge that if at any time you encounter a problem \nwith our products, we will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and most efficient way possible, subject to the terms, \nconditions and limitations contained herein. \nThis warranty does not extend to damaged or defect in the finish of a product or to any product, that in the opinion of CORSA \nPerformance®, has been misused, damaged by accident or negligence, altered or modified in any way, faulty installation or installed \ncontrary to CORSA Performance® installation instruction, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. CORSA Performance® \nmakes no warranty for products installed on vehicles used for race, competition or off-road purposes of any nature whatsoever \nunless the afore mentioned vehicle has an exhaust system consisting entirely of CORSA Performance® parts. All products that show \nevidence of abuse, lack of maintenance, improper installation, misapplications and alteration in any way from the original design or \nnegligent use of CORSA Performance® products by the original retail purchaser or by any agent of the original retail material may be \nsubject to a denied warranty claim. CORSA Performance® accepts no responsibility for any costs or grievances incurred by failure of \nparts; including but not limited to labor or shipping costs. \nCORSA Performance® makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied that its downpipe or header products and or \ncomponents there-in comply with federal, state or local emission levels, noise levels, or safety standards. The purchaser assumes all \nresponsibility for such use and compliance. \nCORSA Performance® downpipes and headers are designed to be used as an Original Equipment replacement for or used \nexclusively for Off Road Purposes and makes no claims of emission performance or street legal use. As such ALL CORSA \nPerformance® downpipes and headers require a professional tune to ensure the downpipe does not create a Check Engine Light \ncondition or cause potential damage to the vehicle. CORSA Performance is not liable for, nor warrants, the work of neither a \nprofessional tuner nor any potential damage that may be caused through modification of a vehicle’s ECU. \nIn order to make a claim under this warranty or receive service, purchaser/installer must within thirty (30) days after discovery of \nthe defect or condition, first contact CORSA Performance® and request product return instructions and authorization for a return. \nAfter receiving an assigned Return Goods Authorization number, purchaser/installer must return alleged defective product pre-paid \nalong with original dated proof of purchase sales receipt and a written description of the alleged problem/defect to CORSA \nPerformance® (address below). Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number MUST be clearly marked on the return package and ALL \nreturn paperwork. Please be sure to package returned product in a manner which will ensure its safe, undamaged return to CORSA \nPerformance® for warranty inspection. Any product returned for warranty claim and found NOT to be defective in materials or \nworkmanship will be returned to the purchaser/installer at their charge and will result in a full charge for any replacement parts that \nhave been shipped against that particular warranty claim.
